Thank you for shopping with PawJourney Studio. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

For eligible orders shipped to the United States, standard shipping is $4.99 when the order subtotal is under $50. Standard shipping is free when the order subtotal is $50 or more. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

We currently ship to the United States.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To request a cancellation before shipment, sign in to your customer account or contact us as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed under our Refund & Return Policy. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel or refund an order.
